I specialize in forging Neapolitan Pizza from locally sourced and hand selected ingredients ensuring that it is the best in all of Orange County. My signature being a specialty handcrafted dough that is precisely fermented for a MINIMUM of 48 hours to ensure the perfect texture and taste.
